There are two principal objectives of the Pre-Quiz. The first is to enable
the lecturer to judge the base level of mathematical understanding of the new
students, and the second is to make the new students realise how much
mathematics they may have forgotten since the last time they studies maths.
Tutorial sheets are always available online here. Solutions are made
available online at the end of the week in which they should have been
studied.
