Analog GNDAnalog return line. Internally connected to system ground.
Digital GNDDigital return line. Internally connected to system ground.
INTEXTTMS320C31 INT0 user interrupt input.
XF0,XF1General purpose TMS320C31 I/O pins.
RCDReceive data. RS232 compatible serial data input of the slave-DSP.
TXDTransmit data. RS232 compatible serial data output of the slave-DSP.
WDTINTSlave-DSP watchdog timer output.
TCLK 1,2Slave-DSP timer 1,2 clock inputs.
Phi0,/Phi0RS422 compatible differential inputs for the leading phase of the incremental sensor.

Vsupply5V/200mA incremental sensor supply voltage. The output is protected against short circuit by a multifuse.
