Applicants' day

All applicants are invited to attend Applicants' Days in the Department of Mechanical Engineering to see the facilities of the department and the University.

The usual format for the day is:

• Welcome and coffee
• An Introductory talk on the University and the Department
• Buffet lunch and an opportunity to meet staff members
• Department tours and tours of the University
• Presentation on the degree programmes we offer
• Informal interview

A separate programme is also arranged for parents or other accompanying persons.

For entry in 2010 the Applicants' Days are:

• Wednesday 3rd February 2010
• Wednesday 3rd March 2010

plus a date in late March/early April
